DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF WORKS: 25.1.2020 .
Only unpublished works are considered. A short CV, address, telephone and

e-mail address of the author are required.
Submitted written works exclusively under code and mail in three (3) copies.
CARTOONS should be sent by post or in digital form (to a mailing address), in JPG format, 300 dpi

resolution and a maximum size of 4 MB, indicating that selected authors must send original cartoons.

Computer-generated cartoons sent in A4 format and signed manually with No1.
Publication of jury decisions by 2/15/2018.
The awarding ceremony will take place at the closing night of the Festival on April 1, 2020. The organizer

will bear the costs of travel and accommodation of the awarded authors.

The official languages ​​of the festival are Serbian and English.
All cartoonists whose work is selected for the exhibition and catalog will receive a free copy of the catalog.
The works remain the property of the Festival. The Organizer reserves the right to use the

works submitted for the competition in order to promote the Festival.
