Dear colegues,
I call you that you will ignore festival PIAUI (BRASILE).
So, last year, I get FIRST PRIZE there.Until today I haven’t get my prize and money.
I wrote them a lot of time,but,they didn’t to keep one’s obligation.
IN SPITE OF THAT, PIAUI WAS TO ANNOUNCE NEW COMPETITION THIS YEAR !!! IT’S VERY INSOLENT,AND DISHONESTLY!

Thank you for your advice about Piaui Contest.
I have won another Humor Contest in Brazil, "Iguassu Foz", third place, 3.000 dollars, and didn´t receive it too. It´s really a shame.
