Attention for the first winners Please send your orginal works within one month from now to the following address. Tabriz Cartoon Association, Tabriz Cultural and Art Center, 29 Bahman Bld., Tbriz, IRAN And in addition send your biography, complete information about yourdelf, E-Mail, your bank account number trough the E-Mail. At the bigining of the May a ceremony will be hold. We will ask the forigener winners travel to Iran paying their own expenses and if they are fond of coming, let us knew by E-Mail and if they won`t be able to come their prizes will be given to their lagation. The Iranian winners will be invited by the Tabriz Cartoon Society.
