After invitation of 500 forigener cartoonists through E-Mail and the Irainian cartoonists by letter, works of more than 200 artists recived by the secretariate of the festival. |

5 arbitrators judge on these works – Mr Shojai-e-Tabatabaie because of health problems couldn`t take place in jury and paied the travel expenses of a forigener arbitrator by The Cartoon House of Iran, so Mr. Kamil Yavuz from Turkey was choosed and invited as the judge.The jury on 2003 8th March in a judgment lasted 11 hours, chose the winners.

The book of this contest will be published on May and the exhibition will be hold at the very month. This exhibition will be disposed with the supports of General Office of Islamic Culture and Guidance of East Azarbaijan, by Tabriz Cartoon Society. Also The Cartoon House of Iran will help to carry on this exhibition. |
