Report of Prize-Giving Ceremony

Asgari, the head of Tabriz Cartoon Society, gave a report of festival and wanted cartoonists to use cartoon as a mean to say they need peace and respect.
Dr. Haghshenas, Vice-president of Parliament Affairs, introduced Obeid Zakani and appreciated Gol Agha (Great Humor-Writer)
Moeinpoor ,Vice-president of Tabriz Culture Office, declared the start of next festival "Prevention of Addiction 2" and wanted people to clap hands for minutes until authorities present there promised to pay a supporting money for the festival catalogue.
Shojaei, the head of Iran Cartoon Home, declared that this festival was one of the greatest festivals and Tabriz was the head of cartoon in Iran.
Gane' from Gazvin (the city of Obeid Zakani) read a poem for audiences.
