Explanation to participation of the competition:
1、The competition is open to all cartoonists and the cartoon lovers all over the
world.
2、No limit of the manuscripts / contributions of cartoonist. The cartoons can be
in color and black andwhite.
3、The contributions must be original works. Please provide information/explanation
on the back side of your contribution if your work is published or has participated
in another cartoon competition and won a prize .
4、 Please indicate the category, title of work, the author's name and address,
postcode, telephone number,e-mail address on the back side of your works Please
also attach your CV, your personnel photos or cartoon portrait.
5、The entries of works on paper and electronic works are. The paper works, the map is not less than A4. Electronic works (selected candidates will submit paper works for the final) of the longest side of not less than 1000 (pixel), the resolution is 300dpi, for the JPG format (color: RGB), the size is less than 2000000000000.
6、 The authors must ensure that intellectual property rights or any other rights
of any third party will be not infringed by his/her contribution. In addition, the authors
guarantee that his/her contributions are in accordance with the relevant laws of
the people Republic of China. The authors also commit to be reliable for any
negative claims raised by any third party caused by the contribution and shall
not harm the interests and right of the imperial International Cartoon Contest
organizers.
7、the copyright of all contributions/works are by the organizer of the competition.
The author shall enjoy the right of authorship. The organizer reserves all the right
e.g. retain the works and use in any form at any time (including exhibition, publication,
auctio, for promotions and other purposes, use it in the media and for promotional
materials such as posters, publications, websites, etc.). No any payment on the
authors for above mentioned activities.
8、 The contest entrants do not charge any fees.
9、 Explanation of the contribution shall be English or Chinese.
10、 Works will be selected by the Selection Committee. The awarded works will
be published and sent to to the author
11、The organizer will notify the author by e-mail for the awarding (email address
of the author must on the back side of the work)
12、All the contributions for the competition will be not returned

The competition will be divided in 3 JIA
The first JIA:JINSHIJIDI
The first ZHUANGYUAN: prize 5000 yuan, The award is a traditional Chinese award with award document. The contribution will be published together with other contributions.
Second BANGYAN: 2000 yuan bonus, The award is a traditional Chinese award with award document. The contribution will be published together with other contributions.
Third TANHUA: 1000 yuan bonus, The award is a traditional Chinese award with award document. The contribution will be published together with other contributions.
Second JIA:JINSHICHUSHEN
The first CHUANLU: 800 yuan bonus,The award is a traditional Chinese award with award document. The contribution will be published together with other contributions.
Second: 500 yuan bonus, awards, selected folio.
The third to the sixth: 300 yuan each prize, awards, selected folio.
Place 7and some following places awarded with awarding document. The contribution will be published together with other contributions.
Third JIA:JINSHIDENGKE
The first KESHOU: 1000 yuan bonus, The award is a traditional Chinese award with award document. The contribution will be published together with other contributions.
Second: 800 yuan bonus, awards, selected folio.
Third: 500 yuan bonus, awards, selected folio.
Fourth to ninth: each 300 yuan bonus, awards, selected folio.
Place 10 and some following places awarded with awarding document. The contribution will be published together with other contributions.
All participants of this cartoon competition shall be regarded as full acceptance
of all the conditions and rules mentioned for this competition.
The final interpretation/explanation right of the competition is withthe competition
organizer.
