Towards "Brain Drain of Youth"/13th International Don Quichotte Cartoon Contest Finals.

This year, we have received more than 600 cartoons of 225 artists from 49 countries. However, we have reduced the number to 572 as some of them are not relevant.

Our pre-selection committee have examined the cartoons and determined the 100 finalists. The finalist cartoons will be open for review for one week. If there are similar works related to the cartoons, we kindly ask you to send them to us. Similar works will be reviewed by our selection committee and if necessary, be removed from the list of finalists. Then it will be on to the scoring. Objections and similar works that will come after this period will not be evaluated. We wish good luck to all the finalists.
