Artists from 70 countries of the planet
have created the two themes of the competition:
"Where is the world going"
"Portrait of Agim Sulaj"
4000 cartoons entered the competition.
300 works presented in the exhibition,
live cartoons, discussions and meetings between artists,
cooperation protocols, and a splendid gala evening
to reward the winning designs.
All this at the Congress Palace in Tirana from 1st to 4th December.
