1. PROMOTER:
Eskişehir Anadolu University Department of Civil Engineering TURKEY
2. PURPOSE OF THE COMPETITION:
The aim of the competition; Capital / labor relations in the construction sector is the most intense of the analysis put forward by Cartoon Art.
3. SUBJECT OF COMPETITION: Construction Industry and Human.
4. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION:
World amateur contest may participate all professional cartoonists.
Cartoons functioning issues; A4 (210mmx297mm) or A3 (297mmx420mm) in size
all kinds of paper using any technique, can be drawn in black and white or color.
Cartoon designed on computers may also participate in the competition, but on paper
The output should be sent after the signing.
Contestants may submit up to three cartoons in the contest.
Competitors name behind the cartoons - last names, birth dates, email addresses and addresses should be written.
The participating cartoons can be published anywhere before, but it should be awarded in any contest.

10. cartoons submitted to the contest will be given back to their owners. All rights for the works will belong to the organizing committee. This album will be concerned with the organization works, brochures, postcards, and posters may be published in the website.
11. The participating works will be collected in an album and the album will be sent to the cartoonists who works. The jury will select the works to enter the album.
12. The participating works will be exhibited.
13. AWARD CEREMONY: 4 November 2016
