10th International Cartoon Contest "Caminos de la Libertad"/Mexico2025

Cartoons serve as acts of provocation and criticism, capable of defending liberty through humor. Caminos de la Libertad encourages reflection and discussion on various aspects of freedom, aiming to raise awareness of its value.
Rules
1. Open to participants worldwide.
2. Submissions must be original and unpublished. Simultaneous participation in other contests is not allowed, and adaptations are disqualified.
3. Cartoons must focus on liberty, analyzing, promoting, or exemplifying liberty in society.
4. Unlimited submissions per contestant.
5. Submissions should be in JPEG format with high resolution.
6. Each entry must be signed with a pseudonym.
7. Send an email with the submission, including the pseudonym, title, full name, address, occupation, phone number, email, and a brief bio.

9. Open from now until April 30th, 2025.
10. The jury composition is secret until the results are announced.
11. Results will be published at www.caminosdelalibertad.com, and winners will be contacted directly.
12. Selected works will require signing a release form.
13. The jury’s decision is final, and awards may be withheld if submissions lack quality.
Prizes:
First Prize: MX$ 30,000
Second Prize: MX$ 20,000
Third Prize: MX$ 10,000
** Winners must meet tax requirements in Mexico and their home country.
14. Up to seven honorable mentions without monetary compensation may be given.
15. If prizes remain unclaimed three months post-publication, Caminos de la Libertad may repurpose the funds.
16. Non-compliant entries will be disqualified.
17. Entry implies acceptance of all rules. Non-compliant participants receive no awards or recognition.
