1st Certmen World of Humor The Art Of Reir/ Spain 2017

the world press agency invites all caricature proffessionals to participate in the first world contest of humor
"The Art Of Reir" 2017.

The Authors may participate in three categories
Category "A" : Topic: "The New World Order"
Category "B" : Topic: "Mas Alla Del Cosmos"
Category "C" : Topic: Free Theme.

. A maximum of 3 works by category will be recerved
the works may be presented in black and white or colors with resolution in 300 dgpi in format that does not exceed the dimensions (28cm X 40cm).

The following data should be signed and attached
Author's Name, Place of Birth, address, Telephone and E-mail a book in electronic version will be prepared
that could continue a selection with the best caricatures
the deadline for the reception of caricatures is September 30, 2017
the authors will send their caricatures to the following

The jury's failure will be unforgettable the first three places will be awarded by category and 6 mention will be awarded.

Winners will receive an electronic diploma and all participants will receive a copy of the book.

The results will be published on November 13, 2017 in the "World Circle of Professional Cartoonists and Illustrators" and in

the "General Direction of the World of Caricatures and I Illustrations Worldwide" as well as the "World Agency Website of Press"
