Tabriz mayor's message / caricature book
"Art" is a divine gift and before thinking or technology it was the primary and basic factor for moving the carrousel of human civilization. There was a belief in what the nature lacked and its creation was given to the world's most perfect creature to show its divine side and made the voice of its ministry be heard in the depth of time to the vastness of creation.
From this point of view, the artist reflects the creation quality of god and in this way explains the reason of its creation. By understanding this point that all art fields are the results of the human mind discipline in creating the beauties which connect us to the cosmos and its eternity, it can be concluded that the world without art would be a soulless, deaf, blind and mute collection .
Among these, visual arts and painting are very old and also are considerably important. Educational function of this art in different fields such as urban and citizenship system conveys this importance. The fifth festival of caricature with this topic was also held in this regard and aimed to improve the interaction of caricature with different urban topics, and it is hoped that its different periods be held in future.
I am grateful to all my hardworking friends and colleagues in municipality collection, and also the artists and masters of caricature filed and Tabriz caricature community.
