RULES

460 artists from 59 Nations from all continents participated for a total of 1472 works.

The Winners:

First prize :Keyvan Varesi /Iran

Second prize : Marco D’Agostino /Italy

Third prize: Oktay Bingol /Turkey

The jury with its juxtaposition of concealment and vision. Also commended for their artistic and humorous value were Libertinaggi by Werther Germondari (Italy) and S.T. by Konstantin Kazanchev (Ukraine).

The “Luigi Mari Award” section, dedicated to caricatures of illustrious figures, featured 503 entries.
